Getting Started

What is MiniMax3.org?

MiniMax3.org is an independent AI video generation platform focused on MiniMax H3 workflows, generation tools, prompts and practical resources. It is not the official MiniMax website and is not operated by MiniMax. Learn more on our About page.

Do I need an account to use MiniMax3.org?

You need an account to submit generations, manage credits, view task history, and access billing. You can browse public resources without signing in.

How do I start generating a video?

Sign in, choose a supported workflow, enter a prompt, add reference media when that workflow supports it, select settings, and submit the task. You can view or download completed results from your video history.

Where can I see pricing?

Current plans, credit packages and generation pricing are listed on the Pricing page.

Generation

How long does video generation take?

Generation time varies depending on workflow, resolution, duration, service load and upstream processing conditions.

What happens if generation fails?

If an eligible generation fails and consumed credits are automatically reversed, those credits are restored to the applicable balance. A credit reversal for a failed generation is different from a cash refund. See the Refund Policy.

Why is my generation taking longer than usual?

A generation can take longer during busy queues, when higher resolutions or longer durations are selected, or when an upstream service or infrastructure is delayed.

Can I close the page while a video is generating?

Yes, after a task is successfully submitted it is stored and processed server-side. Return later to My Videos to check its current status or access a completed result.

Can I generate with an image reference?

Yes. The image-to-video workflow supports image references; choose that workflow and follow the uploader requirements shown in the generator. Learn about

Can I generate video from text only?

Yes. The text-to-video workflow lets you submit a text prompt without reference media. Learn about

What video resolutions are available?

Current MiniMax3.org H3 generation options include 768p and 2K. The generator shows the settings available for the workflow you select.

What video durations are available?

Current H3 output durations can be selected from 4 to 15 seconds, subject to the settings available in the generator.

Why did my result look different from the prompt?

AI-generated video is probabilistic, so composition, motion, character consistency and details may vary even with similar prompts. Use a clearer subject, camera motion, scene details and fewer conflicting instructions. Read the Prompt Guide.

Credits

What are credits?

Credits are service units used to access eligible generation features on MiniMax3.org. They are not cash and cannot be withdrawn as money except where applicable law requires otherwise.

How many credits does a video cost?

Credit usage depends on the selected model, resolution, duration and workflow. The current cost is shown in the generator before you submit a task, and pricing is available on the Pricing page.

When are credits deducted?

Credits are deducted when a generation task is submitted and created. If an eligible task later reaches a failed status, the consumed credits are automatically reversed.

Are credits returned if generation fails?

Yes. When an eligible generation task is marked as failed, the consumed credits are automatically reversed to the applicable balance. This is a credit reversal, not a cash refund.

Do subscription credits roll over?

Subscription credits do not roll over to a later subscription period under the current plan rules.

How long do one-time credits last?

One-time credit packs remain valid for 365 days from purchase.

Can I transfer credits to another account?

Credits cannot currently be transferred between accounts.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are offered on the billing interval shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans are billed yearly, with subscription credits allocated according to the applicable plan schedule.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Unless canceled before renewal, an active recurring subscription renews according to the billing interval shown at checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can review eligible subscription controls from the Billing area of your account and request cancellation there. The account billing page also shows subscription status and billing-period details.

What happens after I cancel?

Cancellation stops future recurring billing according to the subscription status and billing period shown in your account. Your current access follows the active subscription period shown there.

Will canceling my subscription automatically refund my payment?

No. Canceling recurring billing and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancellation prevents future renewal according to your subscription status; it does not automatically refund a completed purchase. Read the Refund Policy.

Where can I see my purchase or subscription status?

You can view purchase and subscription status, billing dates and available cancellation controls in your account Billing area.

Refunds

What is the subscription refund policy?

Subscription refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase and are eligible only when no more than 20 subscription credits have been successfully consumed. If more than 20 subscription credits have been used, the subscription purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. Read the Refund Policy.

Do failed-generation credits count toward the 20-credit refund limit?

No. Credits automatically reversed because an eligible generation failed do not count as successfully used credits for the 20-credit refund threshold.

Are one-time credit packs refundable?

One-time credit packs are non-refundable after purchase except where required by applicable law or in confirmed duplicate-charge or billing-error cases.

How do I request a refund?

Submit an eligible refund request through MiniMax3.org support within the applicable 3-day period and include your account email, purchase details or transaction ID if available, purchase date and reason for the request. Contact Support.

Is a credit reversal the same as a cash refund?

No. A failed-generation credit reversal restores applicable service credits to your account. A cash refund returns an eligible purchase to the original payment method after a refund request is reviewed and approved.

How do I download a generated video?

Can I use generated videos commercially?

MiniMax3.org does not prohibit commercial use solely because content was generated through the service, but you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and other third-party rights. Read the Terms of Service.

Does MiniMax3.org own my uploaded content?

You retain any rights you already hold in content you submit. MiniMax3.org processes submitted content as needed to provide and operate the service. Read the Terms of Service.

Troubleshooting

Why did my generation fail?

A generation can fail because of unsupported or invalid inputs, a temporary processing failure, service load, content restrictions, an upstream service interruption or a timeout.

Credits were deducted but I did not receive a video. What should I do?

Check the task status in My Videos first. Wait only while it is still processing; if it failed, check whether credits were automatically reversed. Contact support with task and account details if the issue remains unresolved.

My video will not download. What should I try?

Refresh the page, retry the download, check your browser or network connection, and try again from your generation history. Contact support if the problem persists.

My uploaded image or video is rejected. Why?

An upload can be rejected when its type, size, duration or file data does not meet the selected workflow requirements. Re-export the file in a supported format and follow the uploader guidance before trying again.

Why is the Generate button unavailable?

Generate is unavailable until you are signed in and have supplied a valid prompt or supported input, valid settings and sufficient credits. It can also remain unavailable while a request is already being submitted.

Still need help?

If you cannot find the answer you need, contact MiniMax3.org support and include the account email, affected page or task, approximate time of the issue, and any visible error message.
