Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MiniMax3.org, including its AI video generation tools, account features, subscriptions, credit-based services, and related content. By accessing or using MiniMax3.org, you agree to these Terms.

MiniMax3.org is an independent service and is not the official website of MiniMax.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding agreement as permitted by applicable law. The Service is not intended for children. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Notify MiniMax3.org through the Contact page promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or restrict account access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risks, nonpayment, or a material violation of these Terms.

The Service

MiniMax3.org provides AI video generation tools, prompt-based and supported reference-media workflows, generated-content access, subscription and credit-based access, and informational guides and resources. Features, supported workflows, generation settings, and model availability may change over time.

The Service is independent from MiniMax. References to MiniMax H3 or other third-party names on product pages identify relevant products or topics and do not mean MiniMax operates, endorses, or is responsible for MiniMax3.org.

Third-Party AI and Infrastructure Services

MiniMax3.org may rely on third-party AI generation, infrastructure, storage, authentication, payment, analytics, or related service providers to operate portions of the Service. Availability, processing times, model behavior, and output quality may be affected by changes or interruptions in third-party services.

MiniMax3.org may replace or change service providers without changing the core nature of these Terms. Providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform the relevant service or support MiniMax3.org operations.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs may be unpredictable and may contain errors, artifacts, inaccuracies, or similarities to outputs generated for other users. You must review generated content before using it for important, commercial, legal, professional, or other consequential purposes.

MiniMax3.org does not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular commercial, legal, professional, or other purpose.

Your Content

“Your Content” includes prompts, reference images, uploaded video or audio, and other material you submit through the Service. You retain any rights you already hold in Your Content.

You grant MiniMax3.org a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and otherwise use Your Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit Your Content and to request the applicable generation.

Generated Content

Subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and any restrictions associated with the relevant generation service, MiniMax3.org does not claim ownership of generated content solely because it was generated through the Service.

Your ability to claim or enforce intellectual-property rights in AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction and by the nature of the output.

Commercial Use

MiniMax3.org does not prohibit commercial use of generated content solely because it was created through the Service, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and third-party rights. You are responsible for determining whether your intended commercial use complies with copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, and other applicable rights.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, including by submitting content you are not authorized to use.
• Impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten, or deceive others.
• Exploit minors or generate prohibited sexual content involving minors.
• Distribute malware or interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the Service.
• Bypass technical or security restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, or attack infrastructure.
• Abuse billing, credits, promotions, or generation capacity, including through abusive automation.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans, prices, billing intervals, and included credit allowances are shown at checkout and on the Pricing page. Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout.

Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year and issue the displayed credit allowance each subscription month; the full annual credit total is not issued upfront. Subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the next subscription-month boundary.

Cancellation

You may cancel recurring billing through the account or billing controls available through MiniMax3.org where supported. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access and credit grants after cancellation follow the active subscription status and billing end date shown in your account.

Cancellation is not a refund request. Review the Refund Policy if you want to request a refund for an eligible subscription purchase.

Credits

Credits are service units used to access eligible generation features. Credits are not currency, are not legal tender, and cannot be withdrawn for cash except where applicable law requires otherwise. Credits are not transferable except where MiniMax3.org expressly authorizes a transfer.

Subscription Credits

Subscription credits are issued according to the active plan and applicable subscription month. They do not roll over and expire at the next subscription-month boundary.

One-Time Credits

One-time credit packs are purchased separately and are valid for 365 days from purchase. They are consumed using first-expiring-first-out accounting.

Failed Generations

If an eligible generation fails and MiniMax3.org automatically reverses consumed credits, those reversed credits are restored to the applicable balance. A credit reversal for a failed generation is not the same as a cash refund of a subscription or one-time credit purchase.

Pricing and Service Changes

MiniMax3.org may change prices, credit requirements, plan features, or available services from time to time. Changes do not retroactively alter the price of a completed purchase unless required by law or expressly agreed. Updated subscription pricing may apply to future renewal periods after appropriate notice where required.

Payments

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charges shown at checkout. Taxes may be charged where applicable.

MiniMax3.org maintains transaction and subscription records needed to manage purchases, credits, billing history, refunds, and service access. If a payment is declined, canceled, or otherwise unsuccessful, the related purchase or subscription access may not be activated, renewed, or continue as applicable.

Refunds

Subscription refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. To qualify, no more than 20 subscription credits may have been successfully consumed.

If more than 20 subscription credits have been used, the subscription purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. Credits automatically reversed because an eligible generation failed do not count toward the 20-credit usage threshold.

One-time credit packs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in confirmed duplicate-charge or billing-error cases. See the Refund Policy for complete eligibility requirements and request instructions.

Failed Generations

A generation failure and a payment refund are different. When an eligible generation cannot be completed, applicable generation credits may be automatically reversed under the credit policy. That reversal does not create a cash refund of a subscription or one-time credit purchase.

Service Availability

MiniMax3.org aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Maintenance, provider outages, capacity constraints, network issues, model or provider changes, and security incidents may affect the Service.

MiniMax3.org Intellectual Property

MiniMax3.org and its original website content, software, user interface, branding, guides, and page design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, and model names remain the property of their respective owners.

Rights Complaints

If you believe content accessible through MiniMax3.org infringes your rights, contact us through the Contact page with sufficient information to identify the content and the basis of your request.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how MiniMax3.org handles personal information, generation inputs, uploaded media, generated content, and service data.

Suspension and Termination

MiniMax3.org may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a material Terms violation, abuse, fraud, security threat, unpaid or invalid payment status where applicable, or legal requirement. You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel recurring billing through available account or billing controls.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee output quality, generation success, factual accuracy, model availability, or uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiniMax3.org will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

MiniMax3.org may update these Terms as the Service, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the Service.
