Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MiniMax3.org ("we", "us", "our", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

MiniMax3.org is an independent AI video creation platform. It provides access to supported MiniMax H3 video generation workflows, a library of video examples with prompts, prompt structures, and model reference material. MiniMax3.org is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by MiniMax. MiniMax H3 and related product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the models and workflows this platform supports.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts and Credits

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Credits are charged per second of output video: 6 credits/second at 768p and 12 credits/second at 2K (1080p). A reference video adds its duration to the billable seconds.
• Subscription allowances are granted each subscription month and do not roll over. One-time credit packs are valid for 365 days.
• The estimated credit cost is shown before every generation. The quote shown at submission time is authoritative.

Failed Generations and Refunds

• If a generation task fails, eligible consumed credits are reversed to your balance.
• Refunds for purchased credits or subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Unused credit balance does not guarantee a refund.
• Detailed refund conditions are not yet final; they will be updated here before production launch.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party, including uploading content you do not have the right to use.
• Upload content depicting a real person without their consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Generated videos are subject to the current usage rights described in the service and in upstream model terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
